What is FloraGO?
FloraGO is a membership of florists that are located throughout the U.S. Their focus is to provide you with floral arrangements that are outstanding in quality, innovative in design and offered at a fair price. Unlike other floral wire services, FloraGO does not take a transaction fee out of each customer order, dedicating more of your money to the floral arrangement.

Why should I order from a FloraGO member florist?
FloraGO member florists are dedicated to providing you with floral arrangements that are of the highest quality and are innovative in design. The arrangements shown on each individual florist's page are the arrangements offered by that florist. Therefore, you are assured the particular arrangement that you ordered can be produced.
Also, FloraGO does not take a transaction fee from each customer order that is placed, so more of your money goes to the floral arrangement that you purchased.

How can I know that the person I am sending the flowers to will receive what I ordered?
Each FloraGO florist has their own floral designs on their FloraGO web page. When you select a florist, the arrangements that you see are the arrangements the florist offers (the only exception is noted in #4 below). Therefore, you can rest assured that the arrangement you order is the arrangement that will be delivered to the person you are sending it to.

What if there is not a FloraGO florist in the area I want flowers delivered to?
Since we are a relatively new company, we are adding florists to our membership every day. However, there may be an instance where we do not yet have a member florist that covers the zip code you want a floral arrangement delivered to. In this case, our FloraGO default site pops up and you order the arrangement as you would from an existing member. Your order is routed to our main office and we will place it with a florist covering that zip code. We will do our best to make sure the arrangement you order is delivered to the recipient.

How do I find a florist in a specific area?
Click on the Order Flowers tab in the menu at the top of this page. Then enter either the zip code or the address of where you want the flowers to be delivered. A list of florists serving that area will be created and you can select the one you want. If we do not have a member in a specific area, then the FloraGO default site will be listed and you order through that.

How difficult is it to use your ordering system?
Because our system is a web-based technology, it is extremely easy to use. Just follow the prompts and directions on each page. If you have ever ordered anything over the internet, you will be able to order from the FloraGO member florists.

What are the Florist's delivery and order cut-off times?
Each FloraGO member florist sets their own delivery and order cut-off times. These are listed on their web page. Look for them when you select a specific florist. And remember, these times vary by florist.

What forms of payment do your member florists accept?
Our member florists accept Visa and MasterCard. For other forms of payment, check each member's individual web page.
